Matthew Biosyan is the founder of Life Water Counseling and a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor. He holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and currently serves as a Counselor-in-Residence under the supervision of Joni Naumann at Harbor House Counseling.
Alongside his private practice, Matthew serves as a Crisis Counselor with the Missouri Department of Mental Health (DMH) and the Office of Disaster Services (ODS). He is also a chaplain with the State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA), where draws upon his Master of Divinity to offer spiritual support during times of crisis.
Matthew is a devoted husband, father, and professional counselor dedicated to Missouri communities. His counseling philosophy is grounded in respect and empathy—fostering trusted relationships that help clients achieve meaningful growth and healing.
Outside of his professional life, Matthew enjoys fishing, sports, music, and spending time with his family and friends.
Joni is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience working with children, teens, and families. She also supervises Matthew Biosyan in his counseling residency. Joni has a Bachelor’s degree in education and a Masters degree in counseling, She works to understand all aspects of family life stresses. She is a stay-at-home mother and part time counselor.
